I had a shower/tub spout replaced and also an outdoor water spout done. I never used BKM before but was extremely pleased with their work. Especially with their attention to detail, their ability to work around my schedule. I also found their pricing competitive to other plumbing providers. I would give a real 5 out of 5 rating.
